Location: Mölndal. Often on short notice, as needed, we estimate about 20 hours/month

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, taking things apart and rebuilding, running cables, and making things work in practice. With us, you will work on the installation and modification of sound systems and concept solutions in vehicles – both in our workshop in Mölndal and in customer or Bose-owned cars.

This is a hands-on job in a workshop environment, where you will:

• Dismantle and reassemble parts of the car's interior

• Install speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, microphones, and sensors

• Run and build cable harnesses, solder, crimp, and troubleshoot

• Build custom mounts and solutions when ready-made parts are not available

• Adjust and test the systems, look for and fix unwanted noises and vibrations

• Adapt installations to ensure they work well and look good

• Keep tools, materials, and the workplace organized

You are a practical problem solver who is not afraid to test, adjust, and rebuild until it’s right. You could be:

• A car mechanic, automotive electrician, mechatronics technician, or similar

• An installer of car audio systems or other vehicle equipment

• An experienced hobby builder/model maker with a good sense of both electrical and mechanical aspects

• A student with a practical background

We would like you to:

• Be familiar with tools such as soldering irons, crimping tools, drills, saws, etc.

• Be able to work independently and take responsibility for your installations

• Have a keen eye for detail and finish

• Have a B driver's license

Extra plus if you have experience with:

• Sanding, painting, lacquering, wrapping

• Working with fabric, leather, or acoustic materials

• A practical and varied job where no vehicle is the same
